A note to advise on the death of James (Jim) CORCORAN father of former players Eoin, Shay and Rory Corcoran. Eoin is currently an underage coach with our U10/U12 girls squad.

Corcoran (Naas and formerly of Aughagreagh, Ballinalee, Co. Longford and Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny and Retired Sergeant of An Garda Síochána, Naas) – May 3, 2024, (peacefully), after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, at Naas General Hospital, James (Jim), beloved husband of the late Eileen and dear father of Eoin, Shay, Rory and Áine. Pre-deceased by his brothers John and Owen and sisters Bridget, Annie, Mary and Baby Rose. Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Ciara, Niamh and Ariane, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Caimin, Calum, Cillian, Niamh, Robbie, Amy, Billy, Dylan, Cian and Lola, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6:30pm. Removal on Wednesday to the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas arriving for 10am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Corban’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Friends of Naas Hospital.
