Mental Wellness Initiatives
It is more important than ever to take care of your mental health. To help clubs mind their members, the Leinster Rugby Covid Sub-Committee has put together the following information, your club and members may find useful.
To stay connected, members can be encouraged to set up their own Zoom groups, by age group or team
While we cannot train as a team, does not mean we can’t stay fit and ready for when training resumes:
• Be active at home workout sessions, run by Fingal Co. Co. Sports Office
• Relaxation and Mindfulness
• Livestreams and Virtual Concerts - Billboard livestream music sessions
